St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church is located at 2700 E. Baltimore Street in the Patterson Park neighborhood of southeast Baltimore. St. Elizabeth, together with St. Casimir Catholic Church and St. Casimir School in the nearby Canton neighborhood, form the Pastorate of St. Casimir at Canton and Patterson Park, a Roman Catholic community of the Archdiocese of Baltimore under the care of the Conventual Franciscans (OFM) of Our Lady of the Angels Province in Ellicott City, Maryland.
